1. Employer Seek offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be any response at all once the resume/Biodata/CV/profile is attached and Information provided by the  web user.

 

2. Employer Seek neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization/institues which downloads the Biodata/resume/ profile/CV information and which will be used to contact the web user.

 

3. Any natural calamities, Virus attacks or loss of data, technical or otherwise tampering of data by unauthorized personnel would not be borne by Employer seek and cannot be held accountable for.

 

4. Rejection and deletion of resume/Biodata/CV/profile information provided by user can be removed by Employer seek without any reason.

 

5. A same individual cannot upload multiple resume/Biodata/CV/profile beyond a reasonable limit, same individual uploading the same or different accounts shall entitle Employer Seek to remove the resume/Biodata/CV/profile without sending notice to the subscriber.

 

6. User holds the sole prerogative to check the authenticity of any or all response received pursuant to the resume/Biodata/CV/profile  and information provided into the network system of Employer Seek by the user, for going out of station or in station for any job or interview. Employer Seek assumes no responsibility in respect thereof and expressly disclaims any liability for any act, deed or thing which the user may so do, pursuant to the receipt of the response, if any, to the resume/Biodata/CV/profile and information provided into the network system of Employer Seek.

 

7. The user alone is entitled to add, modify or change the information provided by him/her for this free service it does not allow him/her to use the free service to feed fresh insertion of resume/Biodata/CV/profile of another person in place of the insertion or information/data already fed in by such user.

 

8. Modifications/editing of resume/Biodata/CV/profile to fit resume/Biodata/CV/profile in it's database can be done by Employer seek and Employer seek holds the right to make all needed corrections if needed.

 

9. All Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

 

10. Employer Seek is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in meeting the employment objectives of  Web Users.
